The project aims to support young Saudis' readiness for their professional future through a set of learning programs and initiatives that serve different stages of the beneficiary journey — from discovering their interests and career paths to preparing for the job market and taking part in experiences that simulate a real workplace. The programs included “Discover Your Path”, “Career Path Fundamentals”, “Job Shadowing”, “Virtual Work Experience” and “Youth Voice”, combining self-paced learning, interactive activities, career guidance, simulation and hands-on practice, with each beneficiary's journey and progress managed and tracked digitally. Together they help young people make more informed career decisions and build the skills and experience they need to move into the job market.
