The project aims to build a unified digital environment for onboarding and institutional learning at a government entity concerned with protecting and developing wildlife, supporting employee onboarding and unifying their knowledge of regulations, policies and work procedures. The platform includes a set of courses and learning journeys covering job onboarding, work guides, regulations and implementing rules, organizational procedures, and professional and behavioral skills, along with assessment journeys that measure readiness, within a self-paced learning experience serving more than 400 users and providing a digital reference that can be consulted continuously.
