The project aims to qualify tourism sector workers and raise their readiness to deliver an integrated visitor experience, through a set of interactive learning programs for a national entity concerned with developing and growing the tourism sector in the Kingdom. The programs cover tourism fundamentals, hospitality, and the qualification of front-line staff, along with the Umrah Plus concept, the application of the tourism identity, and the development of tourism itineraries for different markets, linking the training content to the nature of the beneficiaries' work and the requirements of the tourism experience.
