The project aims to organize the onboarding experience of beneficiaries and volunteers at a non-profit association, and to build a shared understanding of the values, commitments and responsibilities associated with volunteer and institutional work. A digital learning platform serving more than 400 beneficiaries was launched, organizing the onboarding journey into a clear experience that enables self-paced learning and tracking of progress and completion. This supports volunteers' readiness before they take part in activities, reduces reliance on paper-based procedures, and provides a digital foundation for expanding the association's programs in the future.
